Eligible provider means an incumbent local exchange carrier as defined in section 251(h) of the telecommunications act of 1996, 47 USC 251, that as of January 1, 2009 had rates for intrastate switched toll access services higher than its rates for the same interstate switched toll access services, and that provides the services and functionalities identified by rules of the federal communications commission described at 47 CFR 54.101(a).
Ineligible Person shall include an individual or entity who:
Ineligible Account means an Account that at the time of determination is not an Eligible Account.
Eligible program means a program of education or training which:
Ineligible Holder is defined in Section 4.8(c).
Eligible Recipient means an employee, director or independent contractor of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company who has been selected as an eligible participant by the Administrator; provided, however, to the extent required to avoid accelerated taxation and/or tax penalties under Section 409A of the Code, an Eligible Recipient of an Option or a Stock Appreciation Right means an employee, non-employee director or independent contractor of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company with respect to whom the Company is an “eligible issuer of service recipient stock” within the meaning of Section 409A of the Code.
Eligible Account Holder means any Person holding a Qualifying Deposit on the Eligibility Record Date for purposes of determining Subscription Rights and establishing subaccount balances in the liquidation account to be established pursuant to Section 15 hereof.
Eligible Products collectively means certain Dell and Dell EMC hardware, software product(s) and services related to the Dell Technologies Client Solutions Group (“CSG”) and Infrastructure Solutions Group (“ISG”) lines of business in the product categories (each an “Eligible Product Category”). Excluded Employee means an employee as defined in section 3527, subd. (b) of the Government Code (Ralph C. Dills Act) except those excluded employees who are designated managerial pursuant to section 18801.1 of the Government Code.
Ineligible Security means any security which may not be underwritten or dealt in by member banks of the Federal Reserve System under Section 16 of the Banking Act of 1933 (12 U.S.C. Section 24, Seventh), as amended.
Eligible Product means, instead of the definition in FAR 25.003—
Eligible Projects means projects as described in Schedule B.
Eligible Recipients means all Employees, all Non-Employee Directors and all Consultants.
Ineligible Receivable shall have the meaning specified in subsection 2.04(d)(iii).
Ineligibility means the Athlete or other Person is barred on account of an anti-doping rule violation for a specified period of time from participating in any Competition or other activity or funding as provided in Article 10.12.1;
Ineligible means that the individual obtained the checks and clearances as described in sections 5n and 5q and is not considered appropriate to obtain a license, to be a member of the household of a group child care home or family child care home, or to be a child care staff member due to violation of section 5n, 5q, or 5r.
Account Information Service Provider means a payment service provider pursuing business activities as referred to in point (8) of Annex I;
Excluded Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a)(iv).
Replacement Service Provider means any third party service provider appointed to perform the Services by the Purchaser from time to time.
Non-Participating Durable Medical Equipment Provider means a Durable Medical Equipment Provider who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
eligible proceeding means a legal proceeding or investigative action, whether current, threatened, pending or completed, in which a director, former director or alternate director of the Company (an “eligible party”) or any of the heirs and legal personal representatives of the eligible party, by reason of the eligible party being or having been a director or alternate director of the Company:
Resale Restriction Termination Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.05(c).
Eligible project means 1 or more of the following projects of a local unit that have been approved by the director and the state treasurer, including costs associated with a project necessary for issuance of evidences of indebtedness to finance the project:
Local Service Provider (LSP means the LEC that provides retail local Exchange Service to an End User. The LSP may or may not provide any physical network components to support the provision of that End User’s service.
Ineligible Receivables shall have the meaning specified in subsection 2.05(a).
Non-Participating Provider means a Plan Hospital or Professional Pro vider which does not have a written agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to participants in a Participating Provider Option program or a fa cility which has not been designated by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois as a Participating Provider.
