Ineligible Claim definition

Ineligible Claim means any claim filed by a Claimant that is not eligible for payment under this Plan of Allocation;

Examples of Ineligible Claim in a sentence

  • For each Ineligible Claim reported, American will provide the Settlement Administrator and Class Counsel with a summary of the reason for that determination (i.e., not a Settlement Class Member; At-Issue Baggage Fees already refunded; or over-inclusiveness of the search criteria, methods, or results, and if so in what respect), documents supporting the reason(s), and provide Class Counsel with a copy of the Settlement Class Member’s Valid Claim Form.

  • IPEVO has no obligations with respect to any returned Product if it determines that the returned Product is not covered by this 30-day money back guarantee (e.g., the Product or the in-box components or accessories were not returned in its original condition or original packaging, the return of the Product exceeded the thirty (30) day money back period, the return constitutes an Ineligible Claim (as defined in Section 4), or the return process was not properly followed, etc.).

  • Except for Losses in connection with the Molo▇▇▇ ▇▇▇t, the Rams▇▇ ▇▇▇t and the Settlement Agreement, the payment obligations, if any, of Seller pursuant to Section 2.11, payments of Late Divestiture Bonus Payments, Losses under Section 5.5, and Environmental Losses pursuant to Section 9.4, the Seller shall not be liable for Losses resulting from an Ineligible Claim.

  • Eligible Claimant means a person who:

  • Ineligible means that the individual obtained the checks and clearances as described in sections 5n and 5q and is not considered appropriate to obtain a license, to be a member of the household of a group child care home or family child care home, or to be a child care staff member due to violation of section 5n, 5q, or 5r.

  • Ineligible Person shall include an individual or entity who: i. is currently excluded, debarred, suspended, or otherwise ineligible to participate in the Federal health care programs or in Federal procurement or nonprocurement programs; or ii. has been convicted of a criminal offense that falls within the scope of 42 U.S.C. § 1320a-7(a), but has not yet been excluded, debarred, suspended, or otherwise declared ineligible.

  • Ineligible Costs means the costs described under Part E.2 of Schedule “E” of this Agreement.

  • Ineligible Loan Each Loan other than an Eligible Loan.
