Ineligible Application definition
Ineligible Application means an application that cannot be considered for funding according to the grant guidelines or an application seeking funding for an ineligible project.
Ineligible Application means an application in which the Inmate does not meet the eligibility criteria for commutation consideration.
Ineligible Application means an application submitted by an applicant who does not meet the eligibility criteria for a pardon consideration.
