Industry Space definition

Industry Space means the space in the Premises on the <@> floors above the ground floor, containing approximately <@> square feet that is intended to be used for University Purposes;
Industry Space means the space in the Premises on the third, fourth, fifth and sixth levels (if there are seven stories in the building, and on the third, fourth and fifth levels if there are six stories in the building) above the L1-L2 Space and below the rooftop level, containing a gross area of approximately 13,635 square feet on each such level , which

  • School premises means either of the following:

  • Office Space means the actual office or workspace corresponding to the Individual Office Number(s), taken together.

  • Building system means plans, specifications and docu- mentation for a system of manufactured building or for a type or a system of building components, which may include structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and variations which are sub- mitted as part of the building system.

  • Subleased Premises means all that portion of the Leased Premises referred to as airport lot as outlined on the site diagram attached as Schedule "A" to this Sublease; and

  • mixed-use building means a building or structure containing a residential and non- residential use other than a home occupation;
