Industry Segment means a distinguishable component of a reporting entity, where such component is engaged in providing a product or service, or a collection of related products or services, primarily to customers outside the reporting entity.

Examples of Industry Segment in a sentence

  • In the event that the Industry Segment at any time crosses or is crossed by any public roadway, Industry will, at its sole expense, maintain any such crossing in good condition and repair and in accordance with all applicable requirements of governmental authorities.
