Industry Representative Body’ definition
Industry Representative Body’ means an organisation that represents an Australian industry in undertaking Advocacy or Agri-Political Activity.
Industry Representative Body’ or any similar term means, in relation to any industry, a body that represents all or the greater part of the natural and juristic persons active within such industry;
Industry Representative Body’ means a body, incorporated or unincorporated, which represents the interests of Producers in an identifiable sector (whether by type of produce or geographic location) of the Industry, having a broad membership from within that Industry sector and which exists solely for the benefit of its members.
