Industry Data definition

Industry Data means any data pertaining to activities associated with exploration and production in the oil and gas industry, gathered, encoded, processed and made available for distribution by the Data Suppliers through the Strata Web Software.

  • If yes, submit a QSA-signed Attestation of Compliance to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (“PCI-DSS”).

  • Price adjustments shall be based on the latest version of the Producer Price Index (PPI) – Industry Data, as published by the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics.

  • Contractors that process, transmit, store or affect the security of credit/debit cardholder data, must adhere to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

  • Our payment provider Ingenico ePayments is certified PCI-DSS (“Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard”), information safety norm that improves the controls when processing debit card data in order to reduce the fraud risks.

  • Any third-party service provider utilized by the Contactor that engages in electronic commerce on behalf of the UA or other services contemplated under this RFP or any resulting Contract with UA, shall protect all card holder data (“CHD”) and sensitive authentication data (“SAD”) in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (“PCI DSS”), if applicable, or using secure standard financial industry practices, if PCI DSS standards are not applicable.

Related to Industry Data

  • Information Technology (IT) System means the combination of hardware components, software, and other equipment to make a system whose core purpose is to accomplish a data processing need such as the automatic acquisition, storage, analysis, evaluation, manipulation, management, movement, control, display, switching, interchange, transmission or reception of data. IT systems include ground systems in support of flight hardware. IT systems do not include—

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Subcontractor/Supplier and its Subcontractors/Suppliers under this Order.

  • Information Technology Resources means agency budgetary resources, personnel, equipment, facilities, or services that are primarily used in the management, operation, acquisition, disposition, and transformation, or other activity related to the lifecycle of information technology; acquisitions or interagency agreements that include information technology and the services or equipment provided by such acquisitions or interagency agreements; but does not include grants to third parties which establish or support information technology not operated directly by the Federal Government.   • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Raw Data means the primary quantitative and empirical data first collected from experiments and clinical trials conducted within the scope of this CRADA.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Technical data means recorded information, regardless of the form or method of the recording, of a scientific or technical nature (including computer software documentation). The term does not include computer software or data incidental to contract administration, such as financial and/or management information.

  • Regulatory Information Service means a regulatory information service as defined in the FCA Handbook;

  • Category 4 Data is data that is confidential and requires special handling due to statutes or regulations that require especially strict protection of the data and from which especially serious consequences may arise in the event of any compromise of such data. Data classified as Category 4 includes but is not limited to data protected by: the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Pub. L. 104-191 as amended by the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act of 2009 (HITECH), 45 CFR Parts 160 and 164; the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), 20 U.S.C. §1232g; 34 CFR Part 99; Internal Revenue Service Publication 1075 (xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/pub/irs-pdf/p1075.pdf); Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration regulations on Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patient Records, 42 CFR Part 2; and/or Criminal Justice Information Services, 28 CFR Part 20.

  • Regulatory Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing, and control data, preclinical data, clinical data or all other documentation submitted, or required to be submitted, to Regulatory Authorities in association with regulatory filings for the Product in the Field (including any Drug Master Files (DMFs), Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (“CMC”) data, or similar documentation).

  • Consumption Data means customer specific electric usage data, or weather adjusted data, including but not limited to kW, kWh, voltage, var, power factor, and other information that is recorded by the electric meter for the Company and stored in its systems. Consumption Data also includes payment and service history, account number, and amount billed.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Benchmarking Information means information generated by Portfolio Manager, as herein defined including descriptive information about the physical building and its operational characteristics.

  • Proprietary Data means Data embodying trade secrets developed at private expense or commercial or financial information that is privileged or confidential, and that includes a restrictive notice, unless the Data is:

  • Sensitive Data means information that is protected against unwarranted disclosure, to include Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Protected Health Information (PHI) or other private/confidential data, as specifically determined by the State. Sensitive Data includes information about an individual that (1) can be used to distinguish or trace an individual‘s identity, such as name, social security number, date and place of birth, mother‘s maiden name, or biometric records; (2) is linked or linkable to an individual, such as medical, educational, financial, and employment information; (3) falls within the definition of “personal information” under Md. Code Ann., Com. Law § 14-3501(d); or (4) falls within the definition of “personal information" under Md. Code Ann., State Govt. § 10-1301(c).

  • Service Data has the meaning set forth in clause 5.7 of this Agreement.

  • Historical data means data collected more than five years before the department’s date of listing or other determination under section 455B.194, subsection 1.

  • Health data means data related to the state of physical or mental health of the data principal and includes records regarding the past, present or future state of the health of such data principal, data collected in the course of registration for, or provision of health services, data associating the data principal to the provision of specific health services.

  • Information Technology (IT means data processing, telecommunications, and office systems technologies and services:

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • Operational Data means data derived from the performance, use, and operation of the Subscription Service, including the number of records in the Subscription Service, and the number and types of transactions, configurations, and reports processed in the Subscription Service. Operational Data will not include Customer Confidential Information.

  • external engineering service means an engineering service situated outside the boundaries of a land area and that is necessary to serve the use and development of the land area;

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Data means all results, technical information and materials developed and/or obtained in the performance of the Services hereunder, including but not limited to all reports, survey and evaluation tools, surveys and evaluations, plans, charts, recordings (video and/or sound), pictures, curricula, electronically prepared presentations, public awareness or prevention campaign materials, drawings, analyses, graphic representations, computer programs and printouts, notes and memoranda, and documents, whether finished or unfinished, which result from or are prepared in connection with the Services performed hereunder.
