Industrial Segment definition
Industrial Segment means all the industrial properties described under “Properties – Industrial Segment”, which properties comprise a separate reportable operating segment of the REIT.

The Corporation will pay Employee a 2016 bonus (if any) based on what Employee would have earned on a full 2016 fiscal year basis based on Industrial Segment results (“Bonus Payment”).
