Industrial sector definition

Industrial sector as defined under the Act, the sector comprising the construction of buildings, including facilities and equipment either physi- cally attached or not to such buildings, which are reserved mainly for economic activity involving the exploitation of mineral resources, the conversion of raw materials, and the production of goods.
