Industrial secrets definition

Industrial secrets means any confidential informations normally not revealed by ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and/or Licensee to their competitors, any knowledge acquired by the Licensee in relation to the present licensing Agreement without which the System will be deprived of some of its originality, efficiency and/or exclusivity as well as any procedure not patented;

Industrial secrets means all information, knowledge, know-how, data and techniques embodied in the System and designated or treated by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as confidential, proprietary or trade secrets, including but not limited to information and techniques set forth in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Operations Manual (as further referred to in Section 15), and in other directives, news bulletins and communications provided by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to Master Franchisee. Without limiting the foregoing, Industrial Secrets shall include customer lists developed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Master Franchisee and Master Franchisee's subfranchisees.
