Industrial RPU definition
Industrial RPU. Missing Data Unclaimed Property Report” (“Industrial RPU/Missing Data UPR”) means a report prepared and submitted to Auditor by the Company to identify Industrial RPU Policies and Missing Data Life Policies which the Company has determined to be payable to a Signatory State. The Industrial RPU/Missing Data UPRs will be delivered by the Company according to the formats described in Schedule C.
