Use best endeavours to train all existing and new transport workers in the Blue Card Induction Programme with such training to occur within the first 12 months of the commencement of this agreement and shall be conducted by a licensed Blue Card training provider and without effecting customer service.
Mentor training shall as a minimum ensure Mentors are proficient in the content of the ECF and are equipped with the core mentoring skills sufficient to support the ECF with the chosen Core Induction Programme.
