Induction Programme definition

Induction Programme means a programmeof normally 3 days duration aimed at introducing a newly admitted student to the University system, infrastructure and programme objectives, along with exposure toan array of learning habits appropriate in higher education.
Induction Programme means the Client’s mandatory process to be undertaken by SPH in respect of entry, periodical and exit programmes;
Induction Programme means the induction programme for Contract Personnel prepared by the Contractor and approved by the Company pursuant to clause 22.6.

Examples of Induction Programme in a sentence

  • Subject to the provisions of (A1.1.1) persons employed at any one of the following streams/levels will have successfully completed the Site Induction Programme and be a person who has the necessary qualifications as outlined in the skills matrix at Appendix “B” of this Agreement.

  • A well-established Mature Students’ Induction Programme is offered before the start of term to facilitate transition into the HE environment, combining study skills sessions and social activities designed to support this group of learners.

  • If you are completing the ECF Full Induction Programme with another partner or independently: • Note that you are working with Exceed Appropriate Body only and keep a record of the Delivery Partner ECTs are working with for the ECF programme.

  • If you are completing Exceed Teaching School Hub’s Full Induction Programme with Ambition: • Collaborate with Exceed Teaching School Hub Early Career Framework Delivery Partner to ensure each ECT can access and engage in the statutory entitlement.

  • Contents of the manual (or equivalent) should include as a minimum, the following, although Service Providers are expected to meet the requirements associated with the Code of Conduct, Induction Programme and Heath and Safety; • Assessment, review and support planning • Record keeping and access to files • Health & Safety including personal safety, lone worker policy, risk assessment and management, call-out procedures.

  • Use best endeavours to train all existing and new transport workers in the Blue Card Induction Programme with such training to occur within the first 12 months of the commencement of this agreement and shall be conducted by a licensed Blue Card training provider and without effecting customer service.

  • Mentor training shall as a minimum ensure Mentors are proficient in the content of the ECF and are equipped with the core mentoring skills sufficient to support the ECF with the chosen Core Induction Programme.

  • Hampshire County Council Learning and Induction Programme (all staff are Hampshire County Council employees).

Related to Induction Programme

  • Programme shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 10.1 (iii);

  • the Programme means the programme leading to the Degree of Master of Laws – LL.M – in International Maritime Law;

  • Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.

  • Behavior Support Plan means the individualized proactive support strategies used to support positive behavior.

  • Support Plan means a technical support offering that sets out the level of entitlements purchased by the Customer as described in detail in Schedule - Support Services.
