Indoor Facilities definition

Indoor Facilities. Again, the listing of Indoor Active Use Areas could be inserted in this section. It is important that this list be carefully compiled to ensure its accuracy.
Indoor Facilities means the indoor pools, arenas, community centres, theatres, multi-purpose rooms, schools and gymnasiums owned by or under the control of the Parties and set out in Schedules “B” and “C” attached hereto;
Indoor Facilities means those Improvements comprised of all indoor tennis courts, open space for workouts, offices, restrooms, locker rooms, showers, workout rooms, lounge areas, any retail tennis shops, vending machine areas, classrooms, dining areas, and all other rooms and spaces in the indoor tennis court building constructed by Tenant as part of the Tennis Facility, and all appurtenances to said Indoor Facilities, but excluding any such facilities to be installed within the Stadium, if constructed.

Indoor Facilities means the buildings located on the lands, which buildings are owned by all of the parties to this Agreement and which include the joint and common use areas as defined in this Agreement;

Related to Indoor Facilities

  • Wastewater Facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, ice rinks, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Senior Facilities means the Credit Agreement and any Additional Senior Debt Facilities.

  • New Facilities shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.
