Individual served means an individual who receives specialized services.

  • The person associated with the allegation of abuse, neglect, or exploitation may resume contact with the Individual served under the contract if the investigation results in the person being cleared of all allegations of abuse, neglect, or exploitation.

  • Coordinate a community-based discharge plan for each Individual served under this Contract.

  • Develop and maintain a behavioral support plan specific to the Individual served.
