The Holder of any Notes represented by Individual Securities may transfer such Notes, subject to compliance with the provisions of the legend set forth on the applicable Individual Security, if any, by surrendering it at (1) the office or agency maintained by the Company for such purpose in the Borough of Manhattan, The City of New York, which initially will be the office of the Trustee or (2) the office of any transfer agent appointed by us for such purpose.
