Individual Plans definition

Individual Plans means one of the plans listed on Appendix I and incorporated by reference in Article 2.
Individual Plans shall refer to, among the Services, any paid services including the cloud-type plan, subscription license-type plan or otherwise, where the Company separately and individually specifies the terms such as the contents and prices of the Services.

  • Individual plan or "individual service plan" means the written description of services, supports, and activities to be provided to an individual.
