Individual Performance Objectives definition
Individual Performance Objectives means the Individual Performance Objectives established for a Participant by the Committee or the CEO, as applicable, for a Plan Year, as provided in Article 5.

Individual Performance Objectives means performance objectives other than Corporate Performance Objectives, including but not limited to customer service, management effectiveness, individual employee performance ratings and other Individual Performance Objectives relevant to the Company’s business, as may be established by the Committee, and the achievement of which shall be determined in the discretion of the Committee.
