Upon termination of Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason, unless the Board affirmatively requests that Executive remain on the Board, Executive will be deemed to have resigned from the Board voluntarily as of the last day of employment with the Company; and at the Board’s request, Executive will execute any documents necessary to reflect such resignation.
