Individual Note Certificate means an individual Registered Note certificate representing a Noteholder's holding of a Registered Note;

More Definitions of Individual Note Certificate

Individual Note Certificate means a Note certificate substantially in the form set out in Schedule 2 (Form of Individual Note Certificate) of this Agency Agreement;

Individual Note Certificate means a Registered Note in definitive form issued or, as the case may require, to be issued by the Issuer in accordance with the provisions of the Programme Agreement or any other agreement between the Issuer and the relevant Dealer in exchange for all or part of a Global Certificate, the Individual Note Certificate being in or substantially in the form set out in Part 9 of Schedule 5 (Forms of the Notes, Receipts, Coupons and Talons) with such modifications (if any) as may be agreed between the Issuer and the Guarantor, the Registrar and the relevant Dealer and having the Conditions endorsed on it or, if permitted by the relevant authority or authorities and agreed by the Issuer and the Guarantor and the relevant Dealer, incorporated in it by reference and having the applicable Final Terms (or the relevant provisions of the applicable Final Terms) either incorporated in it or endorsed on it.

Individual Note Certificate means a Regulation S Individual Note Certificate or a Rule 144A Individual Note Certificate, each as defined below; Instructions means any written notices, written directions or written instructions received by any Agent in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement from an Authorised Person or from a person reasonably believed by such Agent to be an Authorised Person;

Individual Note Certificate means a registered note certificate substantially in the form set out in Schedule 3, Part B (Form of Individual Note Certificate) of the Trust Deed;

Individual Note Certificate means, in relation to any Series, an individual registered note certificate substantially in the form set out in the Trust Deed.
