Modifier means a two-character code that is added to the procedure code to indicate the type of service performed. The modifier allows the reporting hospital to indicate that a performed service or procedure has been altered by some specific circumstance. The modifier may affect payment or may be used for information only.
Individual service plan means the written description of services, supports, and activities to be provided to an individual.
Individual subcontracting plan means a subcontracting plan that covers the entire contract period (including option periods), applies to a specific contract, and has goals that are based on the offeror’s planned subcontracting in support of the specific contract, except that indirect costs incurred for common or joint purposes may be allocated on a prorated basis to the contract.
Individual Objectives means as to a Participant, the objective and measurable goals set by a “management by objectives” process and approved by the Committee (in its discretion).
Proof of B-BBEE status level of contributor means the B-BBEE status level certificate issued by an authorized body or person
