Individual Matter definition

Individual Matter means any indemnification claim or series of indemnification claims arising from the same underlying event or circumstance.
Individual Matter means any Purchaser Warranty Claim or series of Purchaser Warranty Claims relating to the same underlying event or circumstance.
Individual Matter means any claims under Sections 10.2(a)(i), (ii) or (ix) with respect to any failure of a representation or warranty made by a Seller in Article 5, a breach of a covenant or agreement herein by or any fraud or intentional misrepresentation by a Seller.
