INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS definition

INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS. Each Eligible User that purchases Goods from this Contract will be treated as if they were individual customers. Each Eligible User will be responsible to follow the terms and conditions of this Contract. Contractor agrees that each Eligible User will be responsible for their own charges, fees, and liabilities. Contractor shall apply the charges to each Eligible User individually. The Division is not responsible for any unpaid invoice.
INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS means any and all individual consumers who are purchasing a Product (as hereinafter defined) other than for resale and that are not Exclusive Customers.
INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS. : means a Customer(s) who is a natural person.

More Definitions of INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS

INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS means the faculty, staff (i.e., any permanent employee) and students (i.e., anyone enrolled in a degree or certificate granting program) of an Institution or anyone who has been accepted by the Institution for enrollment for the next semester.
INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b)(ii).

  • Material Customers has the meaning set forth in Section 3.15(a).

  • TCP Customers We will not impose Credit Management Charges unless the Charges are a reimbursement of our costs and you are advised of their amount or method of calculation.

  • Residential customer means a customer who consumes gas solely for domestic use.

  • Potential Customer means any person who is capable of becoming a customer on making an application for that purpose to either the Appointee or a Licensee;

  • Top Customers has the meaning specified in Section 4.28(a).
