Indiva means Indiva Corporation, a corporation incorporated under the OBCA. "Indiva Facility" has the meaning ascribed thereto in "Summary – The Parties".
Indiva or "Company" means Indiva Limited (formerly known as Rainmaker Resources Limited), a corporation continued under the OBCA.
