indirect instructions definition
indirect instructions means any general or particular instruction, regardless of the form, given by the parent undertaking, or another controlled undertaking of the parent undertaking, that limits the discretion of the company covered by section 7(1) and section 8(1) in relation to the exercise of the voting rights in order to serve specific business interests of the parent undertaking or another controlled undertaking of the parent undertaking.
indirect instructions means any general or particular instructions, regardless of the form, given by the parent company or any entity controlled by the latter, that limits the discretion of the management entity, of the financial intermediary and of the associated company of pension funds as to the exercise of voting rights in order to serve specific business interests of the parent company or another entity controlled by the latter.
