Examples of Indigenous Services in a sentence

  • Any project on federal land, including reserve lands, that involves the construction of a new building or repairs to an existing building, or will produce any waste that is not household waste requires the completion of an environmental review process through Indigenous Services Canada.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, the First Nation will not be responsible for paying any amounts for which it does not receive funding from Indigenous Services, or which exceeds the First Nation Student Rate.

  • The parties agree that the above Indigenous Delegated Social Worker (ADSW) grid levels will be implemented upon ratification of the Indigenous Services Collective Agreement and will be adjusted, upon ratification of the 18th Public Service Agreement to reflect the new salary grids (SPO 4, 5, 6).

  • Change Canada commits to liaise with other federal government departments and agencies to undertake appropriate planning and habitat protection for caribou on federal lands (e.g. Parks Canada Agency, Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada, Indigenous Services Canada, Department of National Defence).

  • For eligible First Nation Students on the Nominal Roll attending Schools operated by the Board on September 30th, and for whom the First Nation has received Tuition Funding from Indigenous Services Canada, the First Nation will pay to the Board the Tuition Fees amount in accordance with this section 16.0 of this Agreement.

Related to Indigenous Services

  • Products/Services means the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

  • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that ▇▇▇▇▇ performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • continuous supply of services means a supply of services which is provided, or agreed to be provided, continuously or on recurrent basis, under a contract, for a period exceeding three months with periodic payment obligations and includes supply of such services as the Government may, subject to such conditions, as it may, by notification, specify;
