Indicator rate definition

Indicator rate means the value or status of an indicator at a point in time; Indicator weighting means the weighting given to an indicator for the purpose of calculating the weighted movement across all indicators during a review more particularly being the weighting set out in column 4 of Part 3;

  • In the event that any Producer ("the Defaulting Producer") shall make default in the payment on its due date of any amount payable to another Producer ("the Creditor") the Defaulting Producer shall pay to the Creditor interest on the amount in default computed from its due date until the actual date of payment thereof at the then Westpac Lending Indicator rate from time to time plus two percent (2%) which interest shall accrue from day to day.

  • Average Error Rate for a billing month is the sum of Error Rates for each hour in the billing month divided by the total number of hours in the billing month.
