Indicative Pricelist definition
Indicative Pricelist means the price list which StratIT will in its sole discretion and with or without consultation with the VAR issue and publish and which will for the duration of validity thereof be effective and applicable in the Territory or any Territories.

An Indicative Pricelist will be made available by StratIT from time to time and the contents thereof may also be updated by StratIT either out of its own accord or upon request from VAR.
