Indicative Financial Statements definition

Indicative Financial Statements means the unaudited balance sheets of Target and Company as of December 31, 1999 and the unaudited statements of operations and changes in financial position of Target and Company for the fiscal year ended on such date, prepared in accordance with Applicable GAAP.
