Indicative Activity Plan definition

Indicative Activity Plan means a plan identifying the anticipated indicative activity for the applicable Contract Year as set out in Schedule 2 Part 3;

  • The Committee, or its appointed Sub-committee or Co-ordinating Commissioner will negotiate with the Provider in order to agree: the specification of the Commissioned Services; the Indicative Activity Plan; Expected Annual Contract Values; the Quality Requirements; contract terms (where these are negotiable) and any other variable or negotiable element of each Main Contract, having regard to all information and proposals received or obtained from Associate Commissioners.

  • Where the Parties fail to agree an Indicative Activity Plan prior to the start of each Contract Year, an Indicative Activity Plan with an indicative activity of zero activity shall be deemed to apply for the relevant Contract Year.

  • Without prejudice to paragraph 4.1 above, the Parties shall review any variances against the thresholds set out in the Indicative Activity Plan and/or any breaches of the thresholds set out in the Activity Planning Assumptions, in each case, without delay.

  • The Commissioner and the Provider shall monitor, through the Activity Report, actual activity against: indicative activity levels set out in the Indicative Activity Plan; and where the Commissioner has notified the Provider of Activity Planning Assumptions pursuant to paragraph 3.1 above, the Activity Planning Assumptions.
