Index(ices) definition
Index(ices) means any of the climate indices calculated by the Index Provider and published by ACYRSA and/or MATbaROFEX in their respective websites, to be used as underlying asset for each Trade, as specified in a Confirmation. Drought, flood, frost and potentially any type of weather risks/events that may hereafter be incorporated in connection with several crops and geographical areas shall have an Index. Each type of weather risk, crop and/or geographical area will have a specific Index to be Markets: means any market, whether a Market authorized by the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission or any Over-the-Counter market (OTC Market).
