Indexation Rate definition

Indexation Rate has the meaning given in the Lease Agreement;
Indexation Rate means an index by which the rates of the Basic Lease Payment, Parking Fees and Operating Expenses are automatically increased on an annual basis, namely: RF CPI value, but in any case at least three (3) % per year (and if the RF CPI value on the Indexation Date is less than 3%, the Indexation Rate is equal to 3%) and at most five (5) % per year (and if the RF CPI value on the Indexation Date is more than 5%, the Indexation Rate is equal to 5%).
Indexation Rate means a rate adopted under rule D 1.2 or D 1.3 or Dl.4.

Examples of Indexation Rate in a sentence

  • For agreements greater than 12 months, on each anniversary of the Commencement Date during the period of the Agreement: the amount of the unpaid Grant will be indexed by the NFP Indexation Rate for that Financial Year; and the Government Party must issue a revised Schedule of Payments (including past amounts paid and indexed instalments payable for the remaining Grant period).

  • Clause 4.4 does not apply if the Government Party advises the NFP that the Grant payable for each year of the Agreement has already been indexed by the NFP Sector Indexation Rate.

  • Item 10 Annual Escalation Formula The Annual Escalation Formula will be the Treasury Indexation Rate.
