Index Period definition

Index Period means any period of time established by the Company pursuant to Section 2.02(b)(1) during which the Bonds bear interest at the Index Rate.
Index Period means, with respect to any Notional Amount, the Initial Index Period, the Floating Index Period and each Subsequent Index Period therefor.
Index Period means the period from January 1, 2014 to and including the Index Period Termination Date.

  • If the Borrower shall fail to give timely notice of an election to continue a LIBOR Rate Loan, or the continuation of LIBOR Rate Loans is not permitted hereunder, such LIBOR Rate Loans shall be automatically converted to LIBOR Market Index Rate Loans at the end of the applicable Index Period with respect thereto.

  • When a new Index Period immediately follows the expiration of a prior Index Period, the Bonds will be subject to mandatory tender for purchase on the commencement date of the new Index Period.

Index Period means in the context of clause 4.49 hereof the period of one year commencing one Month prior to each Review Date.
