Index Linked (Baxter) definition
Index Linked (Baxter) means adjusted according to any increase occurring between the date of this Deed and the date the payment is made in a composite indices of the BCIS Price Adjustment Formulae (Civil Engineering) (1990 Series) made available through the Building Cost Information Service (BCIS) of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors weighted in the proportions below set out against each such index namely:-
Index Linked (Baxter) means adjusted according to any increase occurring between the April 2017 and the date the payment is made in a composite indices of the BCIS Price Adjustment Formulae (Civil Engineering) (1990 Series) made available through the Building Cost Information Service (BCIS) of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors weighted in the proportions below set out against each such index namely:- Index 1 Labour & Supervision 25% Index 2 Plant & Road Vehicles 25% Index 3 Aggregates 30% Index 9 Coated Macadam & Bituminous Products 20% or if at any time for any reason it becomes impracticable to compile the said composite index then an index compiled in such other manner as may be agreed in writing by the Owner, Developer and the County Council and applied to the relevant Contribution up to the date of its payment
