Index Data definition

Index Data means: (a) the level(s) of an Index (the “Index Levels”); and (b) data related to an Index including index name, composition and weightings, but not including Third-Party Data (the “Index Composition”).
Index Data means data provided by CF Benchmarks that it makes available on its API and through other means of electronic transmission either directly or via a data vendor Informational Material: all Prospectus, advertisements, brochures, promotional and other similar informational material that in any way use or refer to CF Benchmarks, the Index Data or the Products.
Index Data means any data (other than Market Data) concerning an Index Component reasonably required (i) by the Index Calculation Agent for the calculation of the level of the SGI Index and/or (ii) for the monitoring thereof by the Index Sponsor.

More Definitions of Index Data

Index Data means data the purpose of which is to distinctively identify information and that can be queried by means of a search routine to ascertain whether or not information is available.
Index Data means any item, data or other material of any type that you upload or submit to the Hosted Services for indexing, which is used to provide you with relevant search results and can be stored in whole or in part in Coveo’s platform. “Analytics Data” means information reflecting the use of the Hosted Services by your Users. You will retain all right, title and interest in and to Customer Data. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, you hereby grant to Coveo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to (a) collect, use, copy, store, transmit, modify and create derivative works of Customer Data, in each case solely to the extent necessary to provide the applicable Hosted Services to you or improve the Hosted Services, and (b) to distribute and publicly perform and display Customer Data as you (or your Users) direct or enable through the Hosted Services. Coveo may also access your account or instance in order to respond to your support requests. Index Data means any data (other than Market Data) concerning an SGI Index or any Index Component reasonably required
Index Data has the meaning as described in clause 7.

  • Category 4 Data is data that is confidential and requires special handling due to statutes or regulations that require especially strict protection of the data and from which especially serious consequences may arise in the event of any compromise of such data. Data classified as Category 4 includes but is not limited to data protected by: the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Pub. L. 104-191 as amended by the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act of 2009 (HITECH), 45 CFR Parts 160 and 164; the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), 20 U.S.C. §1232g; 34 CFR Part 99; Internal Revenue Service Publication 1075 (xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/pub/irs-pdf/p1075.pdf); Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration regulations on Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patient Records, 42 CFR Part 2; and/or Criminal Justice Information Services, 28 CFR Part 20.

  • Index Provider means, in respect of a Sub-Fund, the person responsible for compiling the Index against which the relevant Sub-Fund benchmarks its investments and who holds the right to licence the use of such Index to the relevant Sub-Fund as set out in the relevant Appendix.

  • Index Component means those securities, assets or reference values of which the Index is comprised from time to time.

In the event you elect to use a third party hosting or trading application (for example, MetaTrader), information specific to such third party hosting or trading application located on the Website shall supplement the Market Information; however, to the extent there are any inconsistencies the Market Information will prevail. Note that certain components of Market Information may not be available via a mobile application and must be accessed via desktop.

  • Index Linked with respect to an amount at any time, means that the amount is adjusted as at each April 1st commencing April 1, 2015 by:

  • Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;

  • Final Index Level : means the Closing Level of the FTSE 100 Index on the Investment End Date.
