Index charge definition

Index charge means any rate deducted from the external-index value in the calculation of index credit rate. This term shall include terms such as “Interest spread”, “Asset expense charge”, “Asset management charge”, “Administrative fee” , etc.

Examples of Index charge in a sentence

  • If Tenant fails to timely submit to Landlord either the monthly or annual written statement described in this Section 6.02, Tenant shall pay to Landlord, as additional rent and without limiting any other remedy Landlord may have against Tenant under this lease as a result of this breach, a $100.00 (increased each year according to the Index) charge for each and every month that the Tenant fails to timely submit such written statement.

  • If Tenant fails to timely submit to Owner either the monthly or annual written statement described in this Section 6.02, Tenant shall pay to Owner, as additional rent and without limiting any other remedy Owner may have against Tenant under this Lease as a result for this breach, a $100.00 (increased on January 1 of each year of the Term according to increases in the Index) charge for each and every month that Tenant fails to timely submit such written statement.

Related to Index charge

  • Index Fee means 1.0% per annum. The Index Fee is charged each calendar day, beginning as of the Index Start Date. It is calculated on the basis of a 360-day year and the most recently calculated Index Closing Value.

  • Index Component means those securities, assets or reference values of which the Index is comprised from time to time.

  • Index Level means, in respect of any day and subject to Adjustment Provisions: (a) in respect of an Index (other than a Multiple Exchange Index), the closing level of such Index at the Valuation Time on such day; and (b) in respect of an Index that is a Multiple Exchange Index, the official closing level of the Index on such day at the Valuation Time as calculated and published by the Index Sponsor each as rounded up to four decimal places (with 0.00005 being rounded up), all as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Index B means the index for the year prior to index A.

  • Final Index Level : means the Closing Level of the FTSE 100 Index on the Investment End Date.
