Independent Engineering Certification definition
Independent Engineering Certification means certifications detailed in Section 5.1.6 provided by DNV or another nationally recognized and licensed professional engineer having no direct or indirect, legal, or equitable ownership interest in the Facility, in Seller or in any Affiliate of Seller.
