Independent Electricity System Operator definition

Independent Electricity System Operator has the meaning set out in the preamble to this Agreement, and includes its successors and permitted assigns.
Independent Electricity System Operator or “IESO” means the Independent Electricity System Operator or any successor entity thereto;
Independent Electricity System Operator means, unless the context requires otherwise, the corporation continued under subsection 5 (1); (“Société indépendante d’exploitation du réseau d’électricité”)
