Indenture Ratified. Except as expressly amended hereby, the Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed and all the terms, conditions and provisions thereof shall remain in full force and effect.
Indenture Ratified. Except and so far as herein expressly provided, all of the provisions, terms and conditions of the Indenture are in all respects ratified and confirmed; and the Indenture and this Indenture Supplement shall be taken, read and construed as one and the same instrument.

Following the effectiveness of this Amendment No. 2 to Indenture and the operation of Section 3 hereof, the Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and all the terms, provisions, and conditions thereof, as amended hereby, shall be and remain in full force and effect.

Except as expressly amended hereby, the Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed and all the terms, conditions and provisions thereof shall remain in full force and effect.
Indenture Ratified. The Indenture is amended solely as hereby expressly provided, and the Indenture, as so amended is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and all the terms, provisions and conditions thereof, as so amended, shall be and remain in full force and effect.
Indenture Ratified. Except as expressly amended hereby, the Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed and all the terms, conditions and provisions thereof shall remain in full force and effect. All protection afforded the Trustee by the Indenture shall also be afforded to the Trustee in connection with its execution, delivery and performance of this Supplemental Indenture.
Indenture Ratified. Except to the extent expressly amended hereby, the Indenture and the Securities are in all respects ratified and confirmed, and all the terms, conditions and provisions thereof shall remain in full force and effect. Pursuant to Section 11.03 of the Indenture, this Eighth Supplemental Indenture shall form a part of the Indenture for all purposes, and every Holder of Securities heretofore or hereafter authenticated and delivered shall be bound hereby.
Indenture Ratified. Except as otherwise expressly provided hereby, the Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and all the terms, provisions and conditions thereof shall be and remain in full force and effect. With respect to the Notes issued before the date hereof, Section 4.24 of the Indenture captioned “Interest Rate Adjustment” shall remain unchanged by this Supplemental Indenture.
Indenture Ratified. From and after the effectiveness of this Supplemental Indenture, any reference to the Indenture shall mean the Indenture as so amended by this Supplemental Indenture.
