Indenture Plan Agent definition
Indenture Plan Agent means any plan agent appointed under the chapter 11 plan of reorganization proposed by, among others, the Indenture Trustee, and confirmed by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to an order reasonably acceptable to Administrative Agent.

Notwithstanding anything herein or in the other Loan Documents to the contrary, this Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the Indenture Plan Agent; provided that upon the request of the Administrative Agent, the Indenture Plan Agent shall deliver to the Administrative Agent a written acknowledgment in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent of its assumption of all of the rights and obligations of the Borrower hereunder.
