Indent Order definition
Indent Order means an order placed with the Company by the Buyer whereby the Company, in order to satisfy that order, is required to specifically purchase goods or services from a third party because such goods or services are not usually stocked or provided by the C ompany. "Standard Products": means the products usually stocked by the C ompany.
Indent Order means an order made by the Customer for Goods on an indent basis, in accordance with the Indent Order Terms and Conditions;

Terms used in these Indent Order Terms and Conditions that are defined in the Company’s Terms shall have the meaning given to them in the Company’s Terms.
A quotation for an Indent Order is a non- binding invitation to trade.
These Indent Order Terms and Conditions apply to all Indent Orders.
