Indent Order definition

Indent Order means an order made by the Customer for Goods on an indent basis, in accordance with the Indent Order Terms and Conditions;
Indent Order means an order placed with the Company by the Buyer whereby the Company, in order to satisfy that order, is required to specifically purchase goods or services from a third party because such goods or services are not usually stocked or provided by the C ompany. "Standard Products": means the products usually stocked by the C ompany.

  • Consent Order means a support order that reflects the agreement of the noncustodial parent, the custodial parent and the division of child support. A consent order requires the approval of an administrative law judge.

  • Sale Order means an Order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the Transactions, in form and substance (with respect to the provisions of such Sale Order applicable to the Acquired Assets only) reasonably acceptable to each of the Parties.

  • Government Order means any administrative decision or award, decree, injunction, judgment, order, quasi-judicial decision or award, ruling or writ of any arbitrator, mediator, tribunal, administrative agency or Government Authority.

  • Approval Order means (i) an order in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 2; or (ii) in the event of a timely objection to the motion to approve the Agreement that if sustained would reduce the full Settlement Amount available to pay Asbestos-Released Claims, an order in such form agreed to in writing by the Parties, entered by the Bankruptcy Court that (a) approves this Agreement, (b) authorizes the Parties to undertake the settlement and the sale of the Subject Policies as set forth in this Agreement, and (c) provides for the Injunction.

  • Tariff Order in respect of a licensee means the most recent order issued by the Commission for that licensee indicating the rates to be charged by the licensee from various categories of consumers for supply of electrical energy and services;
