Indemnifiers definition

Indemnifiers means the officers of the Company (other than the Undersigned) who enter into indemnification agreements with the Company that are similar to the indemnification agreement between the Undersigned and the Company.
Indemnifiers means the officers of the Company giving indemnity pursuant to similar letter agreements with the Company.
Indemnifiers means jointly and severally.
