  • From time to time after the IND Date, and solely to the extent not previously disclosed, Ultragenyx shall, and shall cause its Affiliates to, without additional compensation, disclose and make available to Takeda, in whatever form Takeda may reasonably request, all Regulatory Materials Controlled by Ultragenyx and related to the use of an Exercised Product in the Exercised Countries.
