Incurred Interest definition
Incurred Interest means, for the Company for any Test Period, without duplication, the aggregate amount of all interest paid, accrued or capitalized during such period, excluding loan fees.
Examples of Incurred Interest in a sentence
For any Test Period, the ratio of (i) EBITDA of Forestar Group and its Subsidiaries for such period, calculated on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP, plus (to the extent deducted in the calculation of Net Income) all non-cash compensation expenses to officers, directors and employees of such Persons, to (ii) Incurred Interest for such period.
For any Test Period, the ratio of (i) EBITDA of Borrower for such period, to (ii) Incurred Interest for such period.
