Inculpatory definition

Inculpatory evidence means evidence tending to incriminate the accused or indicate their guilt.
Inculpatory evidence means information that tends to incriminate or to confirm the alleged misconduct by the potential or actual subject. “Exculpatory” evidence means information that tends to refute the alleged misconduct by the potential or actual subject.

Examples of Inculpatory in a sentence

  • It will include any: ● Recordings made by EOAA of discussions with each Party and with witnesses; ● Evidence that is relevant and directly related to the allegations; ● Inculpatory or exculpatory evidence (i.e., evidence that tends to prove or disprove the allegation(s)) that is directly related to the allegations, whether obtained from a Party or another witness.

  • Exculpation means the exculpation provision set forth in Article X.D hereof.

  • General Provisions means those portions of the Subscription Agreement headed “General Provisions” and contained on pages 7 to 12;
