Incubator Program definition

Incubator Program shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6.3.
Incubator Program means the program designed to mentor and support Members such as that proposed in Schedule 3. "Insolvency Event" means the occurrence of any one or more of the following events in relation to either party:

  • X-ray system means an assemblage of components for the controlled production of x-rays. Additional components which function with the system are considered integral parts of the system.
