Incubator Program definition

Incubator Program shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6.3.
Incubator Program means the program designed to mentor and support Members such as that proposed in Schedule 3. "Insolvency Event" means the occurrence of any one or more of the following events in relation to either party:

Examples of Incubator Program in a sentence

  • Contractor must submit a final workplan in the form of Form G, Workplan Template: FQHC Incubator Program as included in the Open Enrollment to DSHS on or before 30 calendar days after the Contract Effective Date (the “Final Workplan").

  • DSHS Open Enrollment No. HHS0012233 for the Federally Qualified Health Center Incubator Program, including all addenda (the “Open Enrollment”), is incorporated into and made a part of this Contract for all purposes and included as Attachment E.

  • Licensee will cooperate fully with UFRFI to publicize the Incubator Program and Licensee's participation in such program.

  • This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between IC and Client, and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Business Incubator Program, the content, products or services provided by us and the subject matter of this Agreement.

  • Staff/Intern working in finance for the client of the Innovation Cluster agrees to participate in the Business Incubator Program.

  • Licensee shall have exclusive possession and custody of such Licensed Space, subject to Licensee’s continued participation in the Incubator Program and also subject to ingress and egress and other reserved rights of DISI and its agents (but only to the extent expressly permitted under this License Agreement).

  • As such, UFRFI reserves the right to change space assignments or to terminate this Agreement by written notice if the assigned space does not function as a place of business for more than one week, or if Licensee in UFRFI's sole discretion no longer meets the criteria for participation in the Incubator Program.
