Incubation definition

Incubation means the maintenance of enabling environmental conditions for the purpose of facilitating the growth or development of infant technologies ideas or industries;
Incubation means the act of storing microorganisms at a prede- termined temperature, for a predetermined amount of time, to allow for growth of microorganism colonies.
Incubation means a start-up company (as defined in this policy), to use seed fund and/or research grant and/or office space at the Incubator.

  • Bottler’s (and any of its subsidiaries’) aggregate business directly and primarily related to the manufacture of Authorized Covered Beverages (as defined in the Regional Manufacturing Agreement), Permitted Beverage Products and any other Beverages (including Incubation Beverages), Beverage Components or beverage products distinguished by Trademarks owned by or licensed to Company authorized under any separate written agreement with Company or any of Company’s Affiliates.

  • During the Incubation period, the Incubatee shall have full authority to access the facilities provided by CIBA as detailed in Schedule-I.
