Incremental project cost definition

Incremental project cost means the additional cost, if any, in design, procurement, construction and long-term maintenance, for achieving a reduction in energy usage or greenhouse gas emissions greater than the reduction that would be achieved under the applicable building code requirements.
Incremental project cost means all costs incurred in relation to the Project that are in excess of the Pre Estimated Project Costs as specified in the Base Case Financial Model and shall not form part of the Total Project Cost; provided, however any increase at any time in the Pre Estimated Project Costs with the approval of the GoS shall not form part of the Incremental Project Cost and shall be included in the Total Project Cost;
Incremental project cost means the difference in Eligible Costs for the Energy Efficient Case and the Base Case. “Ineligible Project” has the meaning given to it in Section 1.6 of Schedule 2.
