Incremental Date definition
Incremental Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.08(d)(i) of this Agreement.
Incremental Date means the anniversary of the date of confirmation of a public office upon an officer;
Examples of Incremental Date in a sentence
If any Loans shall be outstanding as of the relevant Incremental Date, the existing Lenders shall transfer Loans held by them to the Increasing Lenders and Assuming Lenders, as applicable, in such amounts as may be necessary so that after giving effect to such transfers, the Loans shall be held by the Lenders pro rata in accordance with the respective original amounts of their Commitments (as modified hereby).
On the Incremental Date of such Incremental Agreement, each Lender party thereto and not previously a party to this Agreement shall become a Lender for all purposes in connection with this Agreement.
