Examples of Incremental Charges in a sentence

  • In consideration of an increase in the quantity of any Continuing Service, which increase is within the Threshold Limits, Equifax shall pay to PwCES the Incremental Charges, as set forth in Exhibit 1.

  • If, as a result of an internal audit conducted by PwCES, at its own expense, PwCES determines that it has undercharged Equifax (including, without limitation, Base Charges, Incremental Charges and expenses), then the amount of such undercharge shall be treated, for invoicing and payment purposes, as an adjustment in arrears for the month in which the undercharge is discovered or the month in which the final resolution occurs.

  • QUALCOMM shall also give Customer a one tenth (1/10) percent volume discount on Base Message Service charges and Incremental Charges each month for each 100 IMCTs/MCTs that were purchased by and delivered to Customer from QUALCOMM, and has activated in its Message Service Account, up to a total volume discount of 5%.

  • Assuming a total fleet size of 1,000 IMCTs/MCTs activated in Customer's Message Service Account, the total Incremental Charges would be $10,200.00 (1,000 x $10.20) in addition to the $50,000.00 for Base Message Service ($50 x 1,000) plus any charges for Excluded Messages.

  • The term "Baseline" means the base amount of a Service to be provided by PwCES to Equifax with respect to the Continuing Services as set forth in Exhibit 1, excluding (i) any incremental Service generating Incremental Charges or Incremental Credits or (ii) Additional Services, Ancillary Services or Termination Services.

  • For example, using example (i) in subparagraph (C) above, if Customer has 1,000 IMCTs/MCTs activated, Customer's total Base Message Service and Incremental Charges of $60,200.00 or $60.20 per IMCT/MCT would be reduced by one percent (1%) for a reduced total Base Message Service and Incremental Charges of $602.00 which is approximately $.60 per IMCT/MCT.

  • DHA shall be responsible for the Incremental Charges payments due consistent with Schedule B.

  • DHA will not pay Incremental Charges or discounts for DHA Employers, DHA Self Employed Employers and DHA Eligible Individuals who have not paid for their portion of the Subscription Charges.

  • Such Incremental Charges and discounts shall be due at the time the DHA receives payment from DHA Employers, DHA Self Employed Employers and DHA Eligible Individuals.
