Incremental Charge definition

Incremental Charge means, with respect to any particular Service, an increase, as set forth in Exhibit 1, to be applied on a monthly basis to the Base Charge as a result of the quantity of a particular Service exceeding the applicable Baseline, but within the Threshold Limits as provided in Section 3.05a.
Incremental Charge has the meaning given to such term in Exhibit C to this Agreement.
